Medical Camp by Park Super Speciality Hospital

As part of its ongoing commitment to student and staff well-being, NIIT University, in collaboration with Park Super-Speciality Hospital, Behror, organized a Free Medical Camp on April 15, 2025, between 10:00 am and 1 pm at the Spine Area of the university campus. This health initiative was open to all students, faculty, and staff members and saw active participation from the NU community.

The medical camp included a range of basic health screening services such as:

  • Blood Pressure monitoring
  • Random Blood Sugar testing
  • Oxygen Saturation and Pulse Rate checks
  • Body Weight assessment

Participants also benefited from one-on-one consultations with a qualified General Physician. In addition, the camp featured a special session by Dr Praveen Khatri, a reputed Orthopedic & Joint Replacement Specialist, who personally examined and advised attendees on musculoskeletal and joint-related issues.

The initiative was well-received and appreciated for its timely and preventive approach to healthcare. Many students and staff members utilized the opportunity for routine health checks and professional medical advice without the need to leave campus.

The initiative promoted awareness of routine health monitoring and enabled early identification of health concerns. It also served to strengthen the university’s partnership with Park Super-Speciality Hospital with which it has an MoU. Such initiatives reinforce NIIT University’s commitment to holistic student, staff and faculty support, beyond academics, teaching and administration. The success of the camp reaffirms the importance of accessible healthcare and proactive wellness programs within educational institutions.
