Postgraduate Programmes
Participate in the advancement of knowledge
Keeping our core principle of providing industry-linked education, both of NIIT University’s (NU) MTech programmes include industry experience as a mandatory part of the curriculum. Open electives, though optional, aim at enhancing their knowledge beyond their domain of expertise.
NU’s admission process for its postgraduate programmes follows a unique admission process which emphasises a candidate’s overall knowledge of the subject, rather than just their marks.
MTech GIS
Applicants to the MTech Geographic Information Systems programme are expected to appear for an aptitude test, followed by an AIP (Admission Interaction Process) during which candidates are assessed on the basis of their aptitude, behaviour, degree of self-awareness and personality among other qualifications.
MTech ET
Candidates applying to the MTech Educational Technology course are assessed on the basis of their overall personality. A written examination tests applicants’ written and oral English communication skills. The admission process for this course includes viva/presentation and other tests in addition to the AIP.
