About NU Symposium on Best Practices in Teaching Learning using Technology 2026

Best Practices in Teaching-Learning using Technology is an annual event organised by NIIT University (NU) to bring school and university teaching community together to present innovative pedagogies they have adopted to teach their subjects. The 2-day event is expected to provide a platform for teachers and counselors to share and learn teaching-learning strategies from one another to improve overall students’ learning experience.

During the symposium, NU faculty share pedagogic innovations currently carried out at NU and conduct workshops on latest technologies being experimented with in the education space.

Date: January 10 – 11 2026

Audience: School Teachers (9th – 12th Class), School Counselors

Venue: NU Campus

Call for Submissions

Teachers are encouraged to submit their innovative practices around the symposium theme and its areas. Joint submissions by two or more teachers from different domains are also accepted.

Symposium Charges

  • The symposium is free and does not charge any fees for article presentation and publication.
  • The symposium is grateful to NIIT University for hosting accommodation and food during the symposium days as well as providing the halls and conference rooms free of charge.
  • The symposium does not reimburse any travel expenses. Travel expenses must be borne by the participants.

Submission Guidelines

  • Teachers must first register for the symposium using the link provided.
  • Next, they must submit their research article adhering to a page length of 5 – 7 pages in the format provided by December 31, 2025.
  • All submitted articles will undergo a similarity/plagiarism check. Acceptable similarity score is 10% or less.
  • Articles adhering to all guidelines will be included in the Symposium Proceedings and will be published in e-format on the symposium website.
