Dr Mamta Pankaj Jain is an Assistant Professor Management at NIIT University (NU). She has 17 years of diverse and rich experience in management education, research engagements, corporate training; and academic and institution administration. Prior to joining NU, Dr. Jain worked, as a faculty of economics, with Amity University Rajasthan, K.R. Mangalam University, Sharda University, and Subharti University. In her prior professional assignments, she has also been entrusted to handle various academic and institution administrative responsibilities including programme coordination, management accreditations like NAAC, NIRF, etc. She has managed the MoUs and communication responsibilities with international bodies like the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) U.K. International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC) U.K.
Her research interest lies in international business and trade competitiveness. She has supervised one Ph.D. thesis and several Masters’ thesis. She has published various research papers, articles, and case studies. Dr. Jain has also organised and conducted various training programs for banks in India such as Syndicate Bank, State Bank of India, UCO Bank, etc.
