Dr Sanjay’s diverse expertise encompasses sixteen years in corporate roles and twenty-one years as a management consultant, corporate trainer, and an esteemed faculty member at leading business schools all over India.

Dr Sanjay has held key positions in leading FMCG and consumer durable organizations, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson Limited, G.E. Lighting, and Metro Appliances Limited. Throughout his corporate tenure, he has made significant contributions in various capacities, leveraging his strategic vision and business acumen to drive growth and innovation.

Transitioning to the realm of management consulting, Dr Sanjay has conducted training workshops for numerous corporations across diverse industries. His clients include prominent names such as HDFC Bank, Central Bank of India, Axis Bank, Mahindra Finance, LG Electronics, DHL, DLF, Indian Postal Services, and Maruti Suzuki among various others.
