Prof Prashant Sipani

Prashant Sipani is a practising professional from almost past 24 years. He is a Chartered Accountant i.e. a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; a Company Secretary i.e. a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a Post Graduate in Management where his area of specialisation was Finance. He is also a UGC-NET qualified.

Prof Sipani deals into various matters like Corporate Laws, Project Financing, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Tax Audit, Formation of Business Organisations, etc. associated with wide number of industries like Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Banks, NBFCs, Marbles & Granites, Gems & Jewellery, Textiles, Real Estate, Information Technology and Software Development, etc.

He has been a visiting faculty for more than 22 years with different institutions in the areas of Finance, Accountancy, Taxation and Laws.

He has also been a speaker at Professional Development Programmes and Executive Development Programmes organised by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has also been a Speaker for different areas of Taxation, Budget, Accounting, Finance, etc. at Seminars organised by different Universities / Institutions and also HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration.

He has also co-authored a book on Management Accounting (Publisher – RBD Professional Publications). He is also quite active in extra-curricular activities and is associated with different social organisations.
