Prof Venkatesan Sekhar

Prof Venkatesan Sekhar is an engineer from BITS Pilani ( 1978)  and a Post Graduate in General Management from IIM Kolkata ( 1986-88).  He has a corporate experience of 20 years in Marketing, Project Engineering and was the Regional Head of Mather & Platt (I) Ltd ( Eastern Region) which is a profit center head position.

He has a teaching experience of more than 20 years with full time at BIMTECH, ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon as an Associate Professor. He has taught subjects such as Statistics, Research Methodology, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.  He is a visiting professor at various institutions such as IIM Indore, IP University, IMT-Ghaziabad, IMT Dubai Campus, and many others.

Prof Sekhar is also associated with RML hospital in their research work with Nephrology department as well as with other departments such as medicine, endocrinology, ophthalmology, etc. He is associated with statistical portions in several papers written by MD students and DM students as well as papers written based on ICMR funded projects of Nephrology department.
