Prof Arun Kumar is an IIM Indore alumnus with an envious career spanning over 30 years. He has worked with well-known and reputed Government-owned banks (including State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Punjab and Sind Bank and UCO Bank) Dun & Bradstreet, Dubai (the best International Rating Agency and Risk Consultant). He was associated as a consultant (deputed to Lagos, Nigeria) with Dun & Bradstreet Dubai. He spearheaded the implementation of Basel-II/III, formulation of ICAAP and other credit and operational risk consultancy in Nigeria.
Prof Kumar has vast experience contributing to e-Governance, business consultancy and evaluation, Basel II & III, credit regulatory reporting, audit and inspection, risk management, budgeting/ forecasting, relationship management and banking operations. He is proficient in evaluating internal control systems procedures, preparing audit reports to highlight shortcomings, and implementing the necessary recommendations.
